Security and Privacy Policy Compliance

We take every precaution to safeguard your personal information. We are trained annually in Cyber Security Awareness, and have implemented sophisticated, up-to-date antivirus software and a VPN, as well as multi-factor authentication for our systems. We are generally paperless, but any paperwork we have gets completely destroyed and properly discarded. With regard to security and handling your sensitive information, please see our Privacy Policy. Additionally:

    1. We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB Business ID: 528331) and must adhere to their Accreditation Requirements and Code of Conduct.
    2. We are members of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
    3. We were required to pass a number of background checks with our lenders, as well as with our partners (for pulling credit, etc.).
    4. We need to pass yearly inspections for computer and paper file security.
    5. Eric Pendleton is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson (license #9049181).
    6. We will gladly sign an NDA.
    7. Pendleton Financing is a dba for Pendleton Consulting, LLC (a Massachusetts entity).
